Prices

All prices in the Web Shop are displayed in SEK and include VAT at 25 %.

For delivery outside the EU, any custom and import fees are payed by you.

KORI experience reserves the right to alter the price. The price displayed on the web shop at the moment of ordering is the price you will be charged.

Delivery

We deliver free of charge within Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, the freight cost is paid by the buyer.

All packages within Sweden are delivered by Schenker/DHL/Posten AB. Delivery time, normally, within 4 to 7 working days (6 to 14 days for international deliveries). Schenker/DHL/Posten AB will notify you when your package is ready to be picked up at your local delivery point/post office.

The Web Shop operates Monday to Friday except for Swedish public holidays. We always try our best to deliver as soon as possible. Orders placed after 16.00 on Friday will be handled the following Monday.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

You are entitled to return undamaged and unused products to KORI experience. The product must be returned in its original packaging. You will have to pay the return and other extra charges that might come up with the return. Contact and notification about the return must be done, at the latest, within 14 days after receiving the item. Refund (Money Back Guarantee), within 30 days, will be made as soon as we receive the product, unused and undamaged.

KORI experience cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from the Web Shop. If you want to purchase a different item or another size or color please return the item purchased and place a new order in the Web Shop.

The Return or exchange policy is not valid when the product has been specially designed or altered for you.

If the item is lost or damaged during return, refunding cannot be made. 

Returned items sent as "cash on delivery" (or not fully ”stamped”) will not be accepted.

 

Damaged goods

KORI experience do our best to make sure your item is in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item which you want to claim please contact us right away.

You can choose between receiving a new item or a full refund including all shipping costs. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the time we received the item.

If the item is lost or damaged during return, refunding cannot be made.

 

Failure to pick up goods

If your package is not collected within the time limit mentioned, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment.

 

Transport damages

If your package is damaged during transportation, you must report this immediately to the freight company and to KORI experience. Never pick up a damaged package, report the damage right away!
